Engelbert has nearly 20 years of experience in financial and commercial management, business turnaround and performance improvement, strategy, capital markets and investor relations.

He has advised numerous businesses, ranging from start-ups to large global companies across industrial services, resources, construction, manufacturing and retail.
His expertise includes strategy development and execution, M&A, divestments, business restructuring & turnaround, process improvement, financial and commercial management, treasury, funding and investor relations.
Engelbert has successfully executed various turnaround and strategic projects, including a $700m acquisition and has raised $3.5bn across international debt and equity markets.
